Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

This document constitutes a public Offer for the "AURA" Service via the Telegram messenger (@auralights_bot). Using the bot interface or paying for a subscription constitutes the User's unconditional agreement to the terms of this Offer.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Service Provider grants the User access to the Telegram bot functionality (AI copywriting, Auto-posting, automated CRM management), and the User agrees to use the Service in accordance with Telegram's rules and the legislation of their country.

3. Services and Pricing (PRO Subscription)

Basic bot functions are provided in Demo mode with generation limits. Unlocking the "Smart Queue" and automated customer database (CRM) export is achieved by purchasing a PRO subscription.

The purchase of a virtual digital good (PRO subscription) is strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the subscription period is activated on the user's account.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The User agrees not to use the bot to send spam, generate illegal content, or conduct fraudulent activities.
The Service Provider reserves the right to block access (ban) without refund in case of gross violation by the User of the Telegram Terms of Service or this offer.
The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the bot, but is not directly responsible for any temporary technical failures of the Telegram API or partner AI APIs (OpenAI).

5. Use of Intellectual Functionality

Texts generated by the AI are not copyrighted by the Service Provider. The User receives full rights to use them commercially when publishing in their Telegram communities.

6. Dispute Resolution

All claims are accepted through the built-in Support Service within the bot and are reviewed on an individual basis.
