This Privacy Policy explains how the AURA Bot service (hereinafter "Service") collects, uses, and protects user data during the use of the Telegram bot (@auralights_bot) and this website.

2. Data We Collect

Telegram Profile Data: Your Telegram ID, First Name, and Username (if set), so we can identify you as the subscription owner.
Content Sent to the Bot: Photos, texts, and voice messages that you send directly to the bot for post generation. They may be temporarily transferred to partner AI providers (OpenAI) solely for processing.
Subscriber Data (Auto-CRM): If the bot is installed in your group, it collects and stores only those phone numbers and names that users publicly left in the messages of this group, to form a database (CRM).

3. Use of Data

The collected data is used exclusively for the functioning of the service: generating content, distributing your posts according to your schedule, and authorizing you in the bot.

4. Information Protection

We take all necessary technical and organizational measures to protect user data from unauthorized access. Access to the collected Auto-CRM database is strictly limited to the group administrator (the user who installed the bot).

5. Transfer of Data to Third Parties

Text and audio data may be transmitted over secure protocols (API) to AI providers (OpenAI API) for processing and generating a response. The Service undertakes not to sell or transfer your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
